Job summary

Sourceo Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Lead to ensure the 100% uptime of critical M&E systems and to support daily DC management. You will work with the Operation Lead and Shift Technicians to maintain reliable facility performance.

Requirements include 3–5+ years in a data center or critical environment, strong HVAC/Electrical knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and safety compliance. Rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% uptime of critical M&E systems in the Data Center.
• Assist Operations Lead in daily DC management and preventive maintenance.
• Record faults from DC walkthroughs and escalate as needed.
• Ensure alarms (EPMS, BMS, Fire) are addressed promptly.
• Oversee subcontractor induction and safe work practices within CE domain.
• Maintain logs of instrument readings, equipment, and stock levels.
