DayOne is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a team of shift technicians and ensure high standards of data centre operations in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will manage handovers, monitor critical services, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with other departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT and at least 2 years in data centre operations, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data centre operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
