Job summary

ES CONNECT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of ELV/BMS and data center projects from site in Elmina, Sungai Buloh, Selangor. You will oversee planning, execution, and coordination with clients and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in PM tools. On-site work and weekend support may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction and Civil Engineering or relevant certification.
• Minimum three (3) years working experience in Project Construction, in similar position or related working experience.
• Experience working on hyperscale or large-scale data center projects, ELV/BMS cabling & system is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
• Willing to work extra hours and support on weekend or public holiday if required.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
• Lead a project team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Plan project manpower, materials, equipment and other resources required for the project.
• Resolve project-related issues and challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Undertake other related jobs from time to time.
