Job summary

Airswift in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service security systems and manage client relations in local and international projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 1–2 years' experience, with data centre project exposure highly advantageous. You will perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with PMs and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with APAC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years' of experience working in a similar role.
• Prior experience working in Data Centre projects will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver / complete projects in schedule, economically and to clients’ satisfaction, and to internal installation standards.
• Service security systems and provide services to clients; troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Manage relations with existing clients.
• Finish routine preventive maintenance on time according to APAC standards and policies.
• Prepare project engineering package according to standard.
• Site inspections; coordinate with PM, client, third parties, sub-contractors.
• Review and supervise all equipment installations, wiring per product manuals and APAC standards.
• Coordinate all customer service issues and manage relations with all existing clients within assigned region.
• Ensure quality of APAC services following standards, deliver prompt and efficient responses to service requests.
• Provide routine preventive maintenances.
• Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on open issues until resolved.
• Take over service issues from Project team after External Hand Over.

• Finish routine preventive maintenance on time according to The Company's APAC standards and policies.
• Product pre-testing.
• Preparing project ‘engineering package’ according to standard.
• Site inspections. Coordination with PM, client (when needed), third parties, sub-contractors.
• Review and supervision of all equipment installations, wiring, according to product manuals, and The Company's APAC standards.
• Coordinate all customer service issues and managing relations with all existing clients within assigned region.
• Ensure quality of The Company's APAC services following The Company's standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Provide routine preventive maintenances.
• Handle daily troubleshooting, follow up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.
• Take over all service issues from Project team after External Hand Over done.
• Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.

Requirements:
