Job summary

NCL ENERGY SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee ICT, fiber optic, cabling and ELV installations on data center projects in Malaysia. You will supervise on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, preparing daily reports, and resolving site issues to avoid delays. CIDB Green Card holder and related qualifications required; overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision/management, preferably ICT, fiber optic, ELV, or data center projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Coordination: supervise ICT, fiber optic, cabling, and ELV works and coordinate subcontractors.
• Quality Control & Testing: conduct site inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure safety practices, report incidents and corrective actions.
• Progress Monitoring & Material Management: track progress, prepare daily reports, manage materials and equipment.
