Job summary

Arnet Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project activities for data center and infrastructure builds. You will act as the main liaison among clients, vendors and internal teams, coordinating site visits, permits, and approvals.

The role involves maintaining project trackers, preparing BOQs and purchase requests, and assisting in claims, budgets, and reports from our Johor office and sites.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and organize project files, documents, permits and correspondence.
• Draft and circulate meeting minutes, track action items and follow up for closure.
• Manage project trackers, dashboards and ensure timely submission of reports and claims.
• Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), purchase requests, and verifying subcontractor invoices.
• Coordinate end-to-end project activities for data center and infrastructure builds.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Arrange and lead joint site visits with authorities for permits and approvals.
• Monitor project progress, highlight risks/delays and escalated to management when required.
• Support project handover process with complete documentation.
• Assist with certified progress claims and claim submission.
• Track project expenses and budgets against financial forecasts.
• Coordinate manpower schedules, site access and resource allocation.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for project teams as needed.
• Provide day-to-day support to project staff in Johor office and sites.
• Responsible for managing daily office operations.
• Responsible for administrative support, employee support, and coordination with vendors.
