Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.

• 2–3 years of project coordination and/or administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and organize project files, documents, permits and correspondence.
• Draft and circulate meeting minutes, track action items and follow up for closure.
• Manage project trackers, dashboards and ensure timely submission of reports and claims.
• Assist in preparing BOQ, purchase requests, and verifying subcontractor invoices.
• Coordinate end-to-end project activities for data center and infrastructure builds.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Arrange and lead joint site visits with authorities for permits and approvals.
• Monitor project progress, highlight risks/delays and escalate to management when required.
• Support project handover process with complete documentation.
• Assist with certified progress claims and claim submission.
• Track project expenses and budgets against financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate manpower schedules, site access and resource allocation.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for project teams.
• Provide day-to-day support to project staff in Johor office and sites.
