Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Project Coordinator to support customer delivery projects within hyperscale data center environments. You will coordinate activities, track milestones, and maintain key project documentation from contract execution through handover.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, progress reports, governance updates, and cross-functional communications to ensure on-time delivery while meeting quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO roles.
• Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.
• Excellent communication and documentation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer delivery projects and support Customer Integration Managers.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, approvals, and handover records.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Support customer onboarding, training, and readiness activities.
• Prepare project status reports and governance updates.
• Assist with change requests, approvals, and billing-related administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure project commitments are met.
