Job summary

AirTrunk in Johor Bahru seeks a Service Delivery Manager to serve as the main liaison for large cloud Customers. You will manage end-to-end project delivery from fit-out to go-live and onboarding within our hyperscale data centres, ensuring contractual obligations and high customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with design and development, and provide comprehensive reporting and governance to Customers, while supporting BAU operations and audits across APAC.

Qualifications

• You are an excellent communicator who understands commercial and electrical/ mechanical technical concepts.
• You have strong time management and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused and willing to go above and beyond to deliver for the Customer.
• Ideally PMP certified.
• Ideal to have data centre infrastructure fit-out delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact with Customers throughout the build, fit-out and onboarding process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet Early Access, Ready for Service and other contractual requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Ensure Customer requirements for fit-out are met with the data centre.
• Manage budgets, costs and contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Provide ongoing BAU support including operational reporting and audits.
• Deliver regular progress reports and status updates.
