Job summary

Digital Edge DC is seeking a seasoned Customer Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for hyperscale customers in our Asia-Pacific footprint. You will coordinate across construction, design and operations to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery from contract signing through Ready for Service (RFS).

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in project delivery within data center environments, strong customer-facing skills, and a background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end project delivery leadership in data center or IT services.
• Experience delivering for hyperscale or large enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (electrical & mechanical).
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scope and work breakdown structures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer-facing delivery owner during project delivery (build phase) and RFS.
• Coordinate with construction, design and operations to align customer requirements with delivery execution.
• Develop and manage delivery programmes covering customer scope and key dependencies.
• Manage customer change requests, ensuring cost and schedule impacts are assessed.
• Own handover of facility to customer during RFS and drive onboarding into BAU operations.
