Straitdeer Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior Data Center Operations Lead to oversee a 24x7 site supporting AI/HPC infrastructure.

You will manage a six-person Operations Engineer team, plan manpower and shifts, and ensure reliable service delivery across NVIDIA GB200/GB300 clusters and GPU/X86 servers. You will drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and implement SOPs and preventive maintenance, while coordinating with engineering, network, facilities, and vendors to enable new deployments and

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

Act as primary escalation point for operational incidents and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution.
Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AI/HPC infrastructure including NVIDIA clusters and GPU servers.
Establish, maintain, and improve SOPs, EOPs, and preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor site health, KPIs, incidents, and infrastructure performance to ensure service quality.
Coordinate hardware installation, rack and stack, system commissioning, lifecycle management.
Review and approve maintenance activities, change requests, incident reports, and handover records.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety requirements and security procedures.
Collaborate with engineering, network, facilities and vendors to support deployments and improvements.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide hands-on support when necessary.
Drive culture of operational excellence, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
