Job summary

Bitdeer in Malaysia is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Specialist to oversee daily operation and maintenance of our high-availability data center facilities, including AI/HPC clusters. You will perform installation, rack and stack, cabling, commissioning, and hardware diagnostics on NVIDIA GB200/GB300 clusters, GPU servers, x86 servers, storage, and networking gear.

Shift work will include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS/CE/EE/IT).
Basic Linux administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of data center infrastructure and server hardware architecture.
Familiarity with TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLAN, LACP, InfiniBand/RoCE.
Experience with GPU/AI/HPC infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure for high availability.
Install, rack and stack, cabling, commissioning, and hardware diagnostics for AI/HPC clusters.
Monitor health of servers, GPUs, storage, and networking gear; perform hardware replacements and firmware updates.
Support provisioning, OS installation, network validation, and burn-in testing.
Document incident reports, SOPs, and shift handover records.
