Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Critical Facilities Supervisor to lead onsite plant operations of a mission-critical data center facility, ensuring safe, reliable 24/7 maintenance services in line with client standards.

You will supervise the Plant Operations team, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor risks, and drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and safety requirements while ensuring robust asset management and data governance within the CMMS.

Formación

• 5+ years in critical facility operations or engineering.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical infrastructure, safety regulations, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS, BMS/PMS, and operational reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; CDCP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Maintenance Services to client SLA and KPI requirements.
• Provide direction and leadership to the onsite Plant Operations team.
• Monitor workload and resources against KPI and budget constraints.
• Initiate and manage site reviews covering maintenance standards and risk.
• Benchmark facility performance against commissioning docs and standards.
• Create and maintain the preventive maintenance schedule and manage work orders.
• Monitor monitoring systems and notify client through work orders.
• Conduct periodic facility rounds and report findings on timelines.
• Ensure all services comply with client policies, safety requirements, and electrical safety programs.
• Verify personnel hold valid Certificates of Qualification and meet regulatory requirements.
• Supervise maintenance services and ensure documentation supports asset management.
• Ensure data governance of asset and maintenance information within the CMMS.
• Oversee incident management and escalation per Cushman & Wakefield procedures.
