Job summary

Aurora Talent is seeking a seasoned M&E Construction Manager to lead the on‑site execution of data hall fit‑out projects in Johor, Malaysia. You will manage MEP packages, coordinate with PMC, and ensure rigorous safety and quality standards in mission‑critical environments.

The role requires deep experience in data center power, cooling, and high‑density structured cabling, with strong subcontractor oversight, testing, and documentation handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8–10 years total construction experience with 5+ years in mission‑critical data center fit‑out.
• Experience managing MEP and ELV packages in PMC framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site installation, testing and commissioning of MEP systems for data halls.
• Oversee racking, cabling, and structured cabling works with emphasis on quality and safety.
• Coordinate multi‑trade interfaces and BIM/Navisworks model clashes.
• Review RAMS, MS, and shop drawings; manage schedule and critical path.
• Drive T&C, NCR closure, and documentation handover.
