Job summary

Xircle Talent is seeking a highly capable Facilities Engineer to lead M&E services and drive the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance program for a global real estate and investment client. The role supports the Senior Facilities Manager across facility management, HSE, procurement, vendor management, and team leadership for helpdesk and technical staff.

Qualifications

• CDCP certification is required.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Operational Engineering is required.
• 3–4 years of experience in engineering, semiconductor, or critical environments.
• 1–2 years operating electrical and mechanical services in Tier III data centers or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with M&E systems (CRAU, chillers, PDU, UPS, Switch Gears, DX cooling, network cabling, security).
• Ability to undertake Job Hazards Analysis (JHA).
• Strong interpersonal, client and vendor management, and documentation skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and reporting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing preventive and planned maintenance programs and helpdesk management.
• Manage site asset register and ensure statutory compliance.
• Review stock levels of critical spares on site.
• Provide second-level support and cover for Facilities Manager.
• Ensure safe working environment and HSE compliance.
• Collaborate with HSE Executive on planning and delivering procedures.
• Assess vendor performance against SLAs/KPIs and manage procurement with client guidelines.
• Prepare job descriptions for technical staff and assign manpower.
• Advise the technical team and manage their work schedules.
