Job summary

JLL invites applications for a Facilities Manager specializing in M&E for a data center site in Johor Bahru. You will support the Senior Facilities Manager in operation and maintenance, HSE management, procurement and vendor management, and lead Helpdesk and technical teams.

A Certified Data Centre Professional is required. You will develop and implement maintenance programs, monitor energy efficiency, maintain asset registers, review stock levels, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation of electrical and mechanical services in data centre or critical facility environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities.
• Ability to manage vendors, procurement, and helpdesk teams with clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support M&E services and preventive maintenance programs on site.
• Assist in HSE management, procurement and vendor oversight, and team leadership.
• Lead Helpdesk and technical teams and perform Job Hazards Analysis (JHA).
• Prepare reporting data and ensure timely submissions to Facilities Manager.
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects and ensure safe working environments per HSE standards.
