Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Contracts Manager for an on-site role in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia. You will administer tenders, draft contracts, and provide post- contract support while partnering with cross-functional teams across cost management and project delivery.

Strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of legal agreements.
Experience with Ariba or similar tender management platforms.
Working knowledge of local and international contract laws and corporate policies.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills.
Excellent communication verbally and in writing.
Detail oriented and quality focused.

Responsibilities

Administer the tender process across multiple contracts from GCs to professional consultant appointments.
Track and manage tender process steps including bidder prequalification, tender issue, queries and responses, tender submissions, and post-tender queries and negotiation.
Draft contracts and collate contract documentation.
Oversee post-contract management, including providing contract administration advice to the client, claims tracking, and producing and processing contract change orders.
Partner closely with the construction project management and cost management teams.
Work with the commercial team to advise the client on contract award.
