Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a Contract Management Specialist I Senior to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will manage a range of commercial contracts to ensure compliant delivery of projects and services.

You will work with the Contract Manager on ongoing reviews, negotiate favorable terms, and develop strategies to minimize losses while maximizing value. Strong English and Bahasa Melayu skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
At least 3 years in IT contracting with familiarity of Malaysian law.
GLC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage the contract lifecycle with principals, partners, vendors and customers to mitigate risk and maximize value.
Serve as primary contact for contract matters and negotiate favorable terms.
Develop and execute negotiation strategies to minimize potential losses while achieving win‑win outcomes.
Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to enhance relationships and decision‑making.
Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups to avoid delays in contract execution.
Oversee documentation, record-keeping and risk reporting to management to ensure compliance.
Drive continuous service improvement in contract management practices.
