Job summary

NCL ENERGY SDN BHD is seeking a BIM Engineer to support data center projects across Electrical, IT/ELV, Genset, and Brooklyn integration. You will develop, coordinate, and manage BIM models to ensure clash-free delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of BIM experience, strong coordination skills, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. Here you will contribute to site support and documentation efforts for critical data center builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years BIM experience in construction projects, data centers preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM models and clash resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for electrical, IT/ELV, and MEP integration.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and propose resolutions.
• Prepare shop drawings and coordinate drawings with project teams.
• Update BIM models from site changes and RFIs, support sequencing.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and documentation.
