Job summary

Kee Ming Group Berhad is seeking a Lead BIM Modeler to develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models for electrical and M&E systems in data centre and infrastructure projects. You will lead design coordination, construction planning, clash detection, and as-built documentation to ensure models meet requirements and site conditions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM modelling for electrical and M&E systems.
• Experience with data centre/infrastructure projects.
• Able to perform clash detection and constructability reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical and M&E systems in data centre and industrial projects using Autodesk Revit.
• Lead to perform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks or equivalent BIM coordination tools.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
• Update BIM models based on approved drawings, RFIs, and site changes.
