Job summary

PMX Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan and Senai, Johor is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead 3D modelling, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination for data centre projects.

You will collaborate with design teams, architects, clients and contractors to deliver accurate BIM solutions across the project lifecycle, set up BIM templates and CDE workflows, coordinate model QA/QC, BEP documentation, and RFI tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination within construction, ideally in data centres, industrial, or large-scale Design & Build projects.
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with strong 3D modelling, clash detection, and model coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM models for accuracy, consistency, and integration across disciplines.
• Set up BIM projects including templates, Revit family libraries, title blocks, CDE, and workflows; facilitate BIM coordination meetings.
• Prepare and maintain BIM documentation (BEP, minutes, reports, RFI tracking).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models for clash detection, construction planning, quantity extraction, and as-built purposes.
• Collaborate with BIM modellers, designers, engineers, consultants, vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
