Job summary

• Minimum 6+ years in account management or related fields.
• Proven governance, client relationships, and escalation management experience.
• Strong ownership of governance and performance reviews across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and service lines.

Responsibilities

• Own account delivery ensuring governance and SLAs are met across the data center account.
• Lead client relationships, priorities, risks, actions and improvement plans.
• Maintain account plans, reporting cadence, and escalation pathways.
• Oversee budget tracking, forecast inputs, spend control, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, and admin support for vendor governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance, financial control, and service delivery maturity.
