Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive governance, client relationship management, and financial oversight across a mission-critical data center account. You will own account delivery, ensure services meet contractual obligations, and coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver consistent performance.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of managing SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years in account management or data center service delivery in mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to govern client relationships, performance reviews, and escalation management.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance, IT.

Responsibilities

• Own overall account delivery, ensuring services meet contractual requirements and SLAs.
• Lead client governance, report on performance, risks, and improvement plans.
• Maintain governance routines, reporting cadence, and escalation paths.
• Oversee budget tracking, forecast inputs, spend control, and commercial risk.
• Coordinate with finance and admin to manage procurement, invoicing and vendor admin.
• Drive continuous improvement across governance, reporting quality, and vendor management.
• Act as senior escalation point for service-impacting risks and client concerns.
