Job summary

Systemair Malaysia is seeking an IT/Data Management professional to maintain and enhance data quality across business systems. You will support master data maintenance, system setup, and resolve data inconsistencies, while developing documentation and procedures to ensure accuracy.

The role includes building SharePoint sites, automating workflows with Power Automate, and supporting reporting for business analysis.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, Data Management, or related field.
• Good understanding of databases, data structures, and data management principles.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, especially SharePoint and Excel.
• Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to document processes clearly and work in a structured manner.
• Good communication skills and able to support users across departments.
• Willing to learn new systems and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve data quality across business systems.
• Support master data maintenance and system setup.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and setup issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Support reporting and business analysis through accurate and structured data.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Build and support Power Automate solutions.
• Improve document management and information accessibility.
• Assist departments in digitalizing and improving internal processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Provide day-to-day support for business systems and related applications.
• Assist with system setup, testing, and user support.
• Investigate and resolve system-related issues.
• Maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Support future system enhancements and improvements.
• Provide first-line support for common hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate with Group IT and external providers where required.
• Support user onboarding, device setup, and local IT administration.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Support implementation of Group IT standards and policies.
