Job summary

Alliance Bank is seeking a Data Analyst for Campaign Analytics & Campaign Journeys to drive data-driven engagement across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with Business, Analytics, Data Science and Technology teams to create highly personalized, predictive journeys and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end journey management, advising on audience targeting and personalization, and delivering performance insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics/science/economics or related field.
• 3-6 years of campaign analytics or related experience.
• Advanced SQL, Python, R, SAS skills.
• Experience with campaign management, CRM, and journey orchestration platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer journey and campaign management from identification to post-campaign analysis.
• Advise stakeholders on audience selection, personalization, and optimization.
• Develop performance reporting and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Bridge Business, Analytics, Data Science and Technology teams to align journeys.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
