Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in business analytics or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, SAS, or R).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes, trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Answer critical business questions by uncovering the "why" behind customer and business performance.
• Translate business problems into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Extract and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, SAS, or similar scripting tools.
• Develop insights to support decision making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and communicate findings effectively.
• Monitor key business metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
