Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Professional certifications (preferred) such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CCNA Security.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team for cybersecurity solutions and services.
• Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations, and POC for customers.
• Analyse customer requirements and design suitable cybersecurity architectures.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and tender responses.
• Support sales activities including client meetings, technical discussions, and solution briefings.
• Work closely with internal technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in project handover from pre-sales to implementation teams.
• Provide technical consultation to customers on security best practices.
• Support post-sales activities when required for solution clarification and optimisations.

Educational & Professional Background

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

Professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory), such as:

CEH, CISSP, CISM, CCNA Security

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of:

Network security

Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS

SIEM / SOC solutions

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.

Ability to design and propose integrated security solutions.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary up to RM10,000
