Job summary

Fortinet in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales teams, manage renewals and lead generation, and engage with partners and end customers. You will own the sales process end-to-end, including forecasting and pipeline management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a solid understanding of IT networking fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related field (Inside Sales/Field Sales).
• Excellent English communications internally, corporation-wide and externally.
• Basic understanding of IT networking fundamentals and Wi-Fi.
• Familiar with Fortinet’s products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with quotations, BoMs, asset reports and sales requests.
• Manage SFDC updates, sales cadence, CPQs and Deal Registrations for accurate sales administration.
• Generate new business leads through calls, emails and marketing campaigns; qualify and follow up leads.
• Directly manage house accounts, new business and renewals end-to-end, engaging partners and end customers.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and distributors and drive sales growth and efficiency.
