Job summary

Convergint Asia Pacific is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across Southeast Asia by delivering Security Solutions and related product systems to clients.

The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, developing leads, and preparing proposals while maintaining high standards of client consultation and collaboration with partners.

Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in solution-based or project sales in a multinational setting, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years in solution-based sales / project sales in a multinational.
• Experience in IT solutions or Audio-Visual Systems sales preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
• English fluency (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Meet revenue and profit objectives for the Southeast Asia region.
• Create and qualify sales leads to drive business growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and preliminary system designs.
• Offer innovative ideas to enhance sales performance and market presence.
• Amplify Convergint reputation through effective sales and marketing strategies.
