Kingfa Malaysia is seeking a Customs and Logistics Engineer to streamline import/export operations and ensure smooth customs clearance for the factory’s construction, production, and daily activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, 1 year in customs/logistics, and strong Chinese and English communication. You will liaise with authorities, file clearance documents, and optimize logistics cost and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs & Trade or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customs or logistics, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Manage and improve the efficiency of day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Liaise with customs authorities and regulatory bodies for efficient import/export processes.
• Prepare and file documentation for customs clearance (manifests, declarations, permits).
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in customs clearance.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance import/export efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies for international trade.
• Collaborate with logistics team to optimize transportation and distribution of goods.
• Provide technical support to team members on customs-related matters.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor local/international logistics costs.
