Job summary

Kingfa Sci & Tech (Malaysia) is seeking a diligent Logistics Engineer to streamline import/export operations, ensure smooth customs clearance, and support factory construction, production, and daily operations.

You will manage day-to-day logistics, coordinate with internal teams, liaise with customs, prepare documentation, monitor shipments, and help optimize costs while staying compliant with trade regulations. Fluency in Chinese and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs & Trade, or related field.
• Fresher also welcome.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customs or logistics, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the efficiency of day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Liaise with customs authorities and regulatory bodies for import/export processes.
• Prepare and file documentation for customs clearance, including manifests and permits.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues in customs clearance.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance import/export efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies governing international trade.
• Collaborate with logistics team to optimize transportation and distribution of goods.
• Provide technical support to team on customs-related matters.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts.
