The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years in customs or trade-related roles, with a focus on leadership, analytics, and client engagement across nationwide operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in customs compliance, customs brokerage, or trade-related roles.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills to drive compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customs Declaration Control Tower and Compliance teams.
• Oversee nationwide customs declaration operations with timely, accurate submissions.
• Ensure full compliance with RMCD regulations, including HS classification and permits.
• Act as main escalation point for customs issues, audits, and regulatory engagements.
• Build relationships with key customers while guiding the Customer Relations team to timely responses and proactive client engagement.
