Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operations Executive to handle import/export customs declarations, review shipping documents and HS codes, and manage specialized consignments such as Free Zone and Dangerous Goods. You will coordinate with authorities using DagangNet and LPK, while keeping stakeholders updated and maintaining complete records.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in a related field, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a minimum of one year in import/customs declaration processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 1 year experience in import/customs declaration process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit import and export customs declarations accurately and on time.
• Review shipping documents, HS codes, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Handle specialized customs declarations, including Free Zone (ZB) and Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and online systems (e.g. DagangNet and LPK) for declaration submission and clearance.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to obtain required documents and provide status updates.
• Maintain accurate declaration records and ensure timely completion of all customs documentation.
