The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or Mass Communication, strong English and Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; travel for events may be needed in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa Melayu.

• Experience handling customer enquiries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls from customers and outlets.
• Engage customers via email and WhatsApp for promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate events, booth setup and logistics with marketing teams and mall management.
• Ensure secure deposit box operations, compliance, and customer safety.
• Maintain records, assist with attendance and sales data during events.
• Monitor security and perform audits to ensure accuracy.
