Job summary

Tomei Consolidated Berhad invites motivated students to join our business development team for a structured internship in Kuala Lumpur. You will support administrative tasks across leasing, licensing, and event promotions, gaining hands-on exposure to retail and jewelry industry operations.

Ideal candidates are responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team. The role emphasizes document management, coordination with authorities, and participation in promotional activities

Responsibilities

• To provide administrative support to the business development team and assist with retails / business expansion
• Prepare leasing agreement / letter and related document
• Compile and submit all necessary documentation for Fair License Applications to relevant authorities
• Perform the administration work for shopping mall promotion space / fairs Management
• Maintain organized records of all approvals, permits, contracts, and communication for each event/fair
• Perform ad-hoc duty when assigned
