Job summary

Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd in Seremban invites applications for a branch-based Customer Service role. You will attend to walk-in customers and phone inquiries, open and maintain customer accounts, and perform transactions in line with SOPs.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A minimum SPM or Diploma, basic MS Office skills, and willingness to be based at Seremban V2 Branch are required; remittance experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.

• Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS Office).
• Having experience in remittance or money changing will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attending to walk-in customers and phone inquiries in the branch.
• Opening and maintaining customer accounts for all products & services.
• Performing transactions for all products and services as per the Company’s SOP.
• Provide after-sales customer service and public relations support.
• Support branch operations and administration tasks.
