Job summary

KOPERASI DAGANG EMAS MALAYSIA BERHAD is expanding with new branches across Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, Perak, Kedah, Selangor, Johor and Penang and is seeking fresh graduates to join as a Customer Service Assistant.

You will respond to customer inquiries, assist customers to meet service standards, help achieve branch targets, handle invoicing and admin duties, and promote services to walk-in customers, with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Respond to customer's inquiry.
• Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing branch target.
• Responsible for branch invoicing and administrative duties.

• Other Ad-hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time.
