Job summary

Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd - (subsidiary- Celcopon ) is hiring a front-line customer service associate at our Ipoh branch. You will attend to walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries, and open and maintain customer accounts.

You will perform transactions for all products and services per SOP, provide after-sales support, and assist with branch operations and administration. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; basic MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate with basic MS Office knowledge.
• Having experience in remittance or money changing is an added advantage.
• Willing to be based at Ipoh branch, 93, Jalan Sultan Idris Shah, Ipoh, 30000 Perak.

Responsibilities

• Attending to walk-in customers and phone inquiries in the branch.
• Opening and maintaining customer accounts for all products & services.
• Performing transactions for all products and services as per SOP.
• Provide after-sales customer service and public relations support.
• Support branch operations and administration tasks.
