Atlas Copco Malaysia in Shah Alam seeks a Customer Service Representative to analyse SMARTLINK data and improve process flows, supporting sales and administration to accelerate orders. You will liaise with operations for installations, assist with connectivity issues, manage customer portal access, and prepare reports, training, and presentations for internal and external users.

Candidates should have a degree or diploma and at least 1 year of sales or service experience; proficiency in Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in an industrial, engineering, technical service, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, technical support, customer service, or data analysis preferred.
• Strong understanding of service sales processes, CRM and business systems management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilités

• Analyse SMARTLINK data to improve business process flow and customer focus.
• Support administration to ease the sales process and improve NPS responses.
• Coordinate with operations for installations and connectivity issues on Smartlink.
• Identify stock availability for SMARTBOX and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain active user accounts and portal access for customers.
• Prepare and update internal and external presentations and provide training as needed.
• Submit monthly connectivity reports to management.
