• Collaborate with Sales to defend existing business and grow opportunities.
• Liaise with logistics/warehouse to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Monitor days inventory on hand to ensure stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and industry regulations.
• Compile and maintain internal/supplier reports.
• Reconcile customer payments and AR discrepancies.
