Job summary

Atotech an MKS Brand in Penang, Malaysia seeks an Associate Customer Service Executive to support Sales and Internal teams, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with stakeholders and maintain KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in end-to-end order processing.
• Familiarity with customs requirements (GPB, LMW, FTZ) is a plus.
• Experience with SAP SD module.
• Customer-oriented with good service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process sale orders, price maintenance, customer returns, customer billing and delivery documents.
• Manage transport/shipment planning to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle customer complaints by coordinating with stakeholders to resolve within time limits.
• Build sustainable relationships and communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Be primary liaison for MY customers regarding orders and deliveries.
• Ensure personal and functional KPIs are met.
• Seek continuous process improvements in customer services.
• Share best practices with counterparts regionally and globally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
