Job summary

Keysight is seeking a contract-based Order Management professional to handle order acceptance, entry, pricing accuracy, and coordination with field teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent is required.
• No prior customer service experience required.
• Willing to follow country holidays and working hours in lieu of Malaysia public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Order Entry: ensure pricing and discounts are accurate in quotations and follow promotion programs.
• Order Management: negotiate delivery dates and manage orders to meet commitments; ensure invoices and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve order issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
