Job summary

Winway Interconnect Technology (M) in Penang, Bayan Lepas, is seeking a motivated candidate to support order processing and customer communications. The role focuses on ensuring accurate ETD tracking and timely updates during production, with emphasis on responsiveness and accuracy.

You will monitor pending orders, coordinate with internal teams to reply quickly to inquiries, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing of customer orders and complaints.
• Manage Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) by tracking updates and informing customers of changes during production.
• Monitor and track all pending orders and the pull-in/pull-out status for each customer.
• Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses.
• Other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
