Job summary

FMX (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle enquiries, coordinate shipments, and resolve issues across our logistics network. You will work with Operations, Sales, agents and other teams to ensure top-notch service.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in related fields, strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a customer‑oriented mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, courier, transportation, or related industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to handle customer complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and requests through phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage shipment bookings, pick-up arrangements, and customer requests with accurate data in the system.
• Monitor shipment status and provide customers with timely updates on deliveries and delays.
• Handle customer complaints and service issues by identifying root cause and coordinating with relevant teams.
