Job summary

There's Only One Place is seeking a Customer Success Specialist I in Malaysia. You will develop account relationships as an extension of the Sales Team and serve as the main contact to ensure exceptional support throughout the lifecycle of customer contracts.

You will drive retention, discuss upsell opportunities with Sales, coordinate order processing, and collaborate with finance for billing inquiries while maintaining strong product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Expert proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer retention in assigned regions by earning partnerships and nurturing customer loyalty.
• Discuss strategies with Sales Teams to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
