Job summary

Joinimagine in Malaysia is seeking an Indoor Sales Support professional to differentiate from competition by delivering personalized service through the local station network (KUL, PEN, JHB).

You will support the commercial team with customer retention and development of assigned accounts, coordinating shipments, quotations, and CRM updates. The role also covers cross-selling, back-up support for urgent issues, and ensuring documentation is uploaded to CW1/CLM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the commercial team objective of customer retention and development of the assigned Area Sales Development Group customers by attending to customer’s requirement and work closely with the Sales team.
• Coordinate shipment bookings through Customer Service team and support customer relationship management and after sales service.
• Cross Sell/Upsell to customers and maintain/farm the relationship.
• Back-Up for urgent commercial related issues in the event of Sales absence within the given guideline.
