Job summary

CHY TECHNOLOGY(M)SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to support production-driven orders in Penang. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality teams, and monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include communicating customer requirements, addressing changes, managing complaints with the Quality/Production teams, and maintaining accurate order records to drive customer satisfaction.
