You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, process transactions, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention. Strong communication, empathy, and CRM proficiency are essential, with Bahasa Malaysia and English fluency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year or less experience in customer service or call centre preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to empathise with customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Proficiency with computers, keyboards and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle multiple interactions simultaneously and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Process transactions, orders and requests accurately.
