Job summary

Onesubsea in Malaysia is seeking a Planning Support professional to assist the Planning Department with daily routines and process improvements in planning. The role requires careful attention to data and collaboration with project managers to ensure timely delivery notes and order processing in SAP.

You will handle delivery notes, sales orders for aftermarket/services, PR automation, NCR monitoring, and weekly reports to monitor demand and supply.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in any related field of study.
• Preferably Degree in any related field.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Note creation with required header text information; daily and monthly closing are critical to support logistics and plant processing.
• Sales Order creation for Aftermarket and Services SO / CCSTO.
• Sales views extension and setup to MTO; Interco/SUB-Con/RTV.
• Control on the PR Automation process; firm the Auto PR in SAP.
• NCR monitoring: run reports, circulate and alert planners on aging NCR.
• Assisting Material Planner in shop packet preparation.
• Manage Major/ Minor revision documents handling and recording.
• Download reports (Backlog, ZMOA, etc.) weekly to monitor demand/ supply in SAP.
• Follow up on ZMRES components with Material/ Production Planners.
• Provide weekly balance to PTS update.
• Backup on NOI (Notice of Inspection) Management for supply chain dept.
• Creation of Scrap invoices (required on the day) for Vendor MCK/ Chemalaya.
• Ad-Hoc reporting support as needed by Group Manager
• Administer office supplies/ stationery/ pantry for Project Dept.
• HSE submission (RIR & OI) and OTC compliance as part of the company KPI.

2. Sales Order creation for Aftermarket and Services SO / CCSTO.
