Job summary

Maths Power Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service (Sales) professional to support our tutoring centre, serving students from primary through secondary levels across all subjects.

The role involves engaging with parents and customers via WhatsApp, calls and social media, explaining programs, schedules, fees and promotions. There is no strict experience requirement; related experience is preferred but entry-level applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from parents and customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Provide clear explanations about tuition programs, class schedules, fees, learning packages and current promotions
• Answer customer questions quickly, accurately and professionally
• Contact interested prospects to obtain further information
• Follow up with prospects until they successfully register as students
• Assist with the registration process for new students and ensure all information is recorded completely
• Achieve student registration targets set by the company
• Build good relationships with parents and students
• Help resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Update customer, prospect and student information in the company system
